One thing we’ve learned quickly is that cleaning is often misunderstood.
A proper clean, especially a deep clean, isn’t a quick tidy or a surface wipe. It’s detailed, physical work that often involves years of build-up being removed from areas that are usually overlooked.

Time vs Standard
One of the biggest factors in cleaning quality is time. A quick 2-3 hour clean and a full-day deep clean are completely different services.
The more time spent on a property, the more detail we can achieve and the closer we can bring it to that “reset” standard we aim for.
We’ll always be honest about what can realistically be achieved within the time booked.
Communication Is Everything
Clear communication is one of the most important parts of getting a great result.
We always recommend that the person booking the clean is present during walkthroughs, so we can clearly understand priorities and expectations. We’ve learned (the hard way!) that different people in the same household can have very different ideas of what should and shouldn’t be done, and we want to make sure we’re all on the same page from the start.
